DO YOU DELIVER GLOBALLY?

This Grado site is specifically for SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, INDONESIA and PHILIPPINES. We provide sales and delivery to these countries ONLY.

For suppliers in other countries, please visit www.gradolabs.com for information on your closest supplier outside these countries.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Singapore:

Free Singapore delivery for all orders above $50.00 SGD. Orders below will be charged at a flat $25.00 SGD.  All orders are sent via Registered post (SingPost) and must be signed for by the recipient.

Indonesia:

Deliveries to Indonesia are at a flat rate of USD $25.00 (local currency equivalent) and dispatched from Singapore via DHL and must be signed for. Any duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Malaysia:

Deliveries to Malaysia are at a flat rate of USD $25.00 (local currency equivalent) and dispatched from Singapore via DHL and must be signed for. Any duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Philippines:

Deliveries in Philippines above USD $200 (or local equivalent) are free of charge. All orders are sent via Registered post and must be signed for by the recipient.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We process all orders within 1-3 business days (Stock availability allowing). Delivery services can take between 1-3 days in Singapore, and 5-10 days for Malaysia and Indonesia. If an item is out of stock or requires custom elements, we will contact you immediately after placing order to advise any expected delays to the delivery schedule

Orders in the Philippines can take between 3 - 10 days depending on the region and proximity to the distribution centre in Manila.

 

DELAYS

Sometimes delays happen due to unforeseen events or circumstances. We will make all reasonable endeavours to prevent any undue delays. It is vital that the customer provides the exact address and telephone number of the recipient. V2point0 Pte Ltd (operator of the site) will not be held responsible for incorrect information provided or delays beyond their control.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking numbers will be sent after goods are shipped.

 

CAN I SELF COLLECT?

At this point in time that service is not available.
