In Singapore, we would recommend that you try Jaben at Adelphi to test the range of Grado Headphones. Jaben have been a retailer of Grado headphones for more than a decade and consistently stock a wide range of Grado headphones. For customers in Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia we would recommend contacting some of the online sellers that have physical locations.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns only in the unlikely event the product has a manufacturing fault.
ARE ALL GRADO HEADPHONES AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE NOW?
Sometimes we are unable to supply certain models and accessories, particularly over the pandemic period as there were supply chain issues that have limited the manufacturing capacity of the New York facility. We are working to get to a point where manufacturing can catch up with demand and supply will be cease to be an issue.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, no - we do not have a physical showroom in Singapore and dispatch directly from a warehouse facility in the Singapore heartlands. If you would like to try the headphones or talk to a specialist about a headphone prior to purchase, we would recommend searching for a local retailer who stocks Grado. Please contact us at email@example.com if you cannot find one, and we will try and assist you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For Singapore orders, once the headphone is in our warehouse, it should be with you within 2 - 5 working days. For Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines, deliveries can tact between 7 - 10 working days.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
Deliveries to Singapore are free, deliveries to Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines are a flat rate fee of 25 SGD.
DO YOU KEEP EVERYTHING IN STOCK?
The orders we place with Grado New York are built on demand. Therefore, we order in advance and sometimes we run out of stock. We also try and keep as little stock as possible at any one time to ensure our customers are always receiving freshly manufactured headphones. We think it matters.
WHY SHOULD I WAIT FOR A GRADO HEADPHONE?
The quality is always worth the wait. It’s been difficult to keep everything in stock throughout the pandemic. We would appreciate your patience when it comes to ordering a Grado headphone. Usually, the Prestige Series of Headphones are always in stock however some of the more expensive headphones, we recommend ordering and having those headphones built to order. WHY SHOULD I WAIT FOR A GRADO CARTRIDGE?
Quality is always worth the wait. We usually like to keep a small range of the more popular cartridges in stock however some of the more exclusive and high-end cartridges we prefer to build to order and as such you may have to wait several weeks for the New York team to build and deliver the ordered unit.
