Grado Labs returned to the heart of London for CanJam London 2026, joining headphone enthusiasts, reviewers and industry partners for two packed days of listening at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
Held on 18–19 July, this year’s event marked the tenth anniversary of CanJam London and brought together many of the world’s leading headphone and personal-audio brands. Grado exhibited alongside Burson Audio at Stand E5, supported by UK distributor Armour Home.
Making the journey from New York was Grado Labs Chief Operating Officer Rich Grado, who spent the weekend meeting visitors, discussing the company’s latest developments and sharing the unmistakable Grado listening experience with the UK head-fi community.
The stand featured headphones from Grado’s expanding Signature Series, including the recently introduced Signature S550. Built around Grado’s S2 driver platform and handcrafted Brazilian walnut housings, the S550 offers a warmer and more relaxed interpretation of the company’s famously open and energetic sound.
Visitors were also able to explore the newly defined Classic Series. Bringing together some of Grado’s most recognisable headphones—from the accessible SR60 through to the statement GS3000—the refreshed range introduces X2 drivers, redesigned headbands and updated cable systems while retaining the open-back construction and distinctive character that have defined Grado for generations.
The headphones were partnered with Burson Audio electronics, including the flagship Conductor Voyager DAC, headphone amplifier and preamplifier. The pairing gave visitors an opportunity to hear Grado’s latest headphones through a powerful, reference-level desktop system.
According to Grado’s social updates, its listening tables remained busy throughout the weekend, with visitors arriving from the moment the doors opened. Beyond demonstrating the products, CanJam offered Grado an important opportunity to meet international distributors, audio journalists, industry partners and the enthusiasts who have supported the family-owned Brooklyn company for more than 70 years.
CanJam is ultimately about listening, but its value extends well beyond the equipment. It is one of the few events where music lovers can speak directly with the people responsible for designing and building the products they use. With Rich Grado present throughout the weekend, visitors received a direct connection to the family, history and philosophy behind the brand.
Grado would like to thank everyone who visited Stand E5, Armour Home and Burson Audio for their support, and the CanJam team for another memorable London show.
